Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026 · Beta version

The service

BBAGuard helps real estate agents track buyer-broker agreements: signing and expiration dates, coverage status, tour history, and exportable records. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms.

BBAGuard is currently in beta: it is free during this period, features may change or be removed, and the service is provided as-is while we shape it with early users.

Not legal or compliance advice

BBAGuard is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and a coverage status shown in the app is a calculation based on the dates and details you entered — not a legal determination. You remain solely responsible for complying with Florida law, NAR rules, your brokerage's policies, and the terms of your actual signed agreements. When it matters, check the signed document, not the app.

Your account

Sign-in is by email link, so your BBAGuard account is as secure as your email account — protect it accordingly. You must be a licensed real estate professional (or acting under one) and at least 18 to use the service.

Your data and your responsibilities

Your records belong to you. You grant us only the limited right to store and process them in order to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for having the right to store your clients' information. Don't use BBAGuard for anything unlawful, don't probe or disrupt the service, and don't attempt to access another account's data.

Availability

We aim for the service to be reliable, but during beta there is no uptime guarantee. Keep signed agreements in your own files; BBAGuard tracks them, it does not replace them.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBAGuard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during the free beta, is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using BBAGuard at any time and request deletion of your account and data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we ever discontinue the service, active users will get notice and a window to export their records first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and active users will be told by email. Questions: privacy@bbaguard.com.
